About your new role:

• Responsible for up to 12 TheirCare locations across Sutherland Shire and Campbeltown
• You will lead and enhance embedded practice across your services
• Implement the theircare way of programming, safety, quality and compliance
• Coach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and the cascading of knowledge
• Responsibility across rostering, financial and engagement of communities
• Critical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes in service

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the childcare industry is required
• Strong knowledge of industry process and Regulations
• Strong knowledge of the National law & Regulation
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard
• Strong understanding and knowledge of TheirCare’s internal policies and procedures
• Has a positive attitude and approach with a genuine desire for change
• Completed qualification approved by ACECQA
• Current first aid
• Drivers license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region
