With this in mind, if you feel that you may not tick all of the boxes below but believe you have something unique to contribute to our team, we strongly encourage you to apply - let's have the conversation.We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Asset Integrity Engineer to join our Maintenance team at Tropicana.Reporting to the Superintendent of Engineering, this role is offered on an 4/3 FIFO roster with flights directly to site from Perth or Kalgoorlie.
Other flexible roster arrangements will also be considered.Accountabilities:
- Over-see engineering activities including the development and implementation of ASSET INTEGRITY plans
- Manage ASSET INTEGRITY systems for tanks, piping, concrete and structures
- Develop inspection and testing programs for asset management plans
- Monitor plant ASSET INTEGRITY to ensure compliance with standards, industry regulation and company policies
- Coordinate risk assessments for ASSET INTEGRITY and develop risk management plans
- Develop operational and capital budgets for engineering and ASSET INTEGRITY work
- Create and review integrity and maintenance procedures to ensure ongoing safe operation and maintenance of equipment
- Collect baseline ASSET INTEGRITY data for new and modified plant and equipment
- Maintain risk register to ensure any defects are appropriately assessed to relevant engineering standards
- Develop, prioritise and manage scopes for ASSET INTEGRITY work including inspection and remedial works
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil and Structural Engineering is preferred
- Previous experience in plant maintenance and asset management
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of engineering standards for tanks and piping
- Experience in material selection and protective surface coating requirements
- Understanding of condition monitoring and non-destructive testing techniques
- Ability to effectively plan work and manage multiple priorities
- A focus on continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of SAP and CMMS functionality
- A current WA 'C' class driver's license
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Existing and ongoing permanent work rights in Australia are mandatory
