About the role

This role provides crucial Asset Integrity & Maintenance advice to clients from both strategic and front-line perspectives. You will be an integral part of a high performing team of integrity and maintenance professionals executing jobs of varying sizes and complexity. To ensure your success, you will be mentored by professionals with a wealth of experience with many asset types including pressure vessels, pipelines, piping, rotating equipment and process machinery. 

The type of assignments may include:

  • Risk Based Inspection Assessments
  • Anomaly Assessments and Analysis
  • Defect Assessment, Fitness for Service Calculations and Modelling
  • Failure Investigations
  • Repair scope development
  • Developing maintenance and asset integrity programmes and plans
  • Asset Integrity Management Systems benchmarking and audits

About you

This role would suit a person with a background in hydrocarbons or chemicals environments. The person will require excellent communication skills and proven capability to perform under pressure, individually and as part of a team.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Material or Corrosion Engineering
  • Between 5- and 10-years work experience preferably within an integrity function in a hydrocarbons or chemical environment
  • Familiar with CMMS interface such as SAP and workflow
  • Understanding of local and international standards covering the management of pressure equipment
  • Highly developed computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
  • An understanding of computerised integrity management software / databases
  • Exposure to risk management and process safety concepts
  • Understanding and capable of performing FFS and RBI assessment.
  • Review inspection reports and provide repair recommendation if required. Assets include piping, pipeline, pressure vessel, storage tanks, PSV, risers, conductors, etc.
