YOUR ROLE
We are currently looking for Senior Associate to join our Dispute Resolution team. You will be involved in a broad range of matters such as:
- Commercial and contract litigation in the superior courts in Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria
- IP, patent, and general commercial litigation in the Federal Court
- Franchising and property disputes for franchisors, owners, and local government
- Debt collection and insolvency
- Professional negligence claims
OUR TEAM
Our Dispute Resolution team acts for clients located on the Gold Coast, nationally and internationally. We undertake a variety of interesting and challenging work and pride ourselves on being trusted advisors to our clients across various sectors. The team is led by Partner, Ryan Solomons. We work collaboratively to facilitate learning and development across our team taking our individual skills, expertise, and experience into consideration, but we don’t forget to have fun along the way. At our Gold Coast office we enjoy flexible work arrangements and work from home opportunities, a vibrant social club calendar, and a friendly culture and environment
WHAT YOU NEED
You will be a Litigation lawyer with minimum 5 years PAE, looking for your next career challenge. We are passionate about the law and what we do, and we are looking for someone who shares that passion and interest, and is willing to learn and grow with our Gold Coast team long-term.
