Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Associate - Family Lawyer to join our team. You will play a key role in our family law practice, providing expert advice and representation to our clients. You have the flexibility to work from either our Northern Beaches or Surry Hills office, depending on your preference and convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and property settlements.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and support staff.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare case strategies.
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediation sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law regulations and practices.
• Foster strong client relationships and actively participate in business development activities.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice as a lawyer in Australia with at least 4+ years of experience in family law.
• Proven track record of managing complex family law cases.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
