About this opportunity…
A rare Leadership role is now on offer -This is a tremendous career role for a proven Commercial Lawyer already at a Senior level to primarily manage a broad range of complex corporate & commercial matters often requiring an innovative mindset to deliver the solutions to achieve clients’ desired outcomes.  The clients here include investors/entrepreneurs/financiers, SME’s and family-owned businesses, in addition to larger corporates.

Fundamentally this role will involve providing timely, commercially astute and strategic advice and mentoring on a good mix of commercial advisory and property finance related matters eg.:-

• Business/Asset & share sales and acquisitions
• Corporate restructures
• Joint ventures/Investment agreements
• Complex Unitholder and shareholder agreements
• Contractual agreements & terms of trade;
• Intellectual Property
• Corporate governance
• Privacy compliance matters
• Personal Property Securities Act
• Contractual agreements;
