Our client who are a commercial law firm located in the CBD with around 70 employees, is currently seeking a Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has 5+ years PQE running Commercial Litigation matters. Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

You will have experience in the following;

• Stakeholder disputes
• Shareholder disputes
• Trust disputes
• Joint venture disputes
• Negligence disputes
• Contract disputes
• Commercial insurance disputes

In addition...

• Previous experience in either a boutique firm or small / mid tier firm.
• Highly organised
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
