In the role of Senior Associate, Content you will undertake project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range content to support the Office of the 24-Hour Economy Commissioner. The role contributes to integrated, customer focused content production across multiple platforms and systems, to deliver the Office's messages.

About You?
To be successful within this role, you must have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated relevant professional experience in media/communications/engagement/journalism/marketing or other related area.
- Excellent written communications skills, especially creative and editorial content, is a must.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and activities desirable.
- Experience in content production processes, including sourcing of information, preparing briefs, preparation of draft content for review, management of rounds of review and publishing of content.
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) activities.
- Experience providing project management and support activities for content production projects utilising multiple communications channels.
- Experience in website content management.

About 24-Hour Economy
Building a vibrant and strong 24-hour economy is a collaborative and coordinated effort between the NSW Government, local councils, industry and communities. The Office of the 24-Hour Economy Commissioner was established to grow and sustain a safe, diverse, vibrant and inclusive 24-hour economy across Sydney and NSW, through the delivery of the 24-Hour Economy Strategy and effective coordination of NSW Government agencies that provide core services and regulation of the night-time economy.
The Office aims to achieve this through a collaborative approach to:
- streamlining and enhancing policy and regulation which governs core night-time economy sectors
- development of programs which promote the sustainable growth of 24-hour economy districts
- facilitating engagement between government, council and NTE sectors to effectively identify and communicate key issues and trends
- improving accessibility to data and information which informs decision making across the night-time economy.
- Provide more integrated planning and place-making which will see increased state and local government and industry collaboration to build an environment in which the 24-hour economy can thrive
- Encourage the diversification of night-time activities by supporting a wider variety of businesses at night
- Support industry and cultural development to help businesses and cultural entrepreneurs access and thrive in the 24-hour economy
- Explore ways to enhance mobility and improve connectivity between 24-hour hubs through safe and reliable transport
- Change the narrative for Sydney to bring locals and outside visitors into Sydney at night, observing and encouraging healthy behaviours.
