Seeking an Australian Citizen who has or is eligible for Defence Clearances (minimum baseline)
Your new role
- Interpreting and administering contract documents, drafting and responding to contractual correspondence as directed
- Maintain and update various registers, preparing and submitting CDRLs, ECPs, CCPs, invoice and other reports and claims
- Attend contract meeting and record minutes
- Contract billing requirement
- Assist Commercial Manager and Sustainment Manager with yearly budget, monthly forecast, WP analysis and other financial models
- Supporting Commercial and Sustainment Managers as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications in commerce/ business, commercial law, engineering
- Contract documents management experience
- Ability to draft formal letters using formal and contractual language
- Experience working with defence clients is highly beneficial
- Ability to track, manage and submit deliverables on time as required by the contract
- Financial experience is highly regarded
- MS Suite experience – high in word and excel
- Exposure to contract or project management, experience with project variation claims
