Our client, a distinguished legal firm with an illustrious 8-year legacy, was founded by a respected industry Director. Specialising in various legal domains including Property Law, General Commercial and Family Law, our client has rapidly emerged as a pivotal player in the legal landscape. With a robust portfolio encompassing business transactions, shareholder disputes, employment law, property, leasing, and conveyancing, our client expanded its scope 6 months ago to include Family Law, led by a seasoned Family Law Partner.

We are on the lookout for an experienced Family Lawyer to join our thriving team in either a Senior Associate or Partner capacity, dependent on your experience and skill set. The Family Law sector has recently been an addition to this fantastic firm and within the first 6 months has showcased remarkable growth, with billing exceeding $60,000 per month within the first 3 months. This growth has prompted the need for expansion, offering you a unique opportunity to not only shape the trajectory of your career but also play an instrumental role in building and nurturing a pivotal arm of our business.

You will be supported by a Partner, First Year Lawyer, a team Personal Assistant and support from the leadership team (Director and Office Manager). 

The ideal candidate will meet the below criteria:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Law and relevant legal qualifications.
• Proven experience in Family Law practice, with a track record of successful case outcomes.
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to generate new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to upholding the integrity of the legal profession.
