What is the role?
We work as a real team, leveraging off one-another’s strengths and sharing our diverse and complex experiences to provide practical and agile solutions to our clients.
As a valued member of our team, the successful candidate will work in our commercial team as they advise on a wide range of commercial matters for business, government and not-for-profit clients, including:
- Commercial contracts
- Restructures
- Partnership, shareholders and unitholder agreements
- Sale and purchase of businesses and commercial leasing
- Corporate governance
- ACNC and ASIC compliance matters
- Complex and routine corporate and commercial advices
- working as part of a team to successfully achieve outcomes.
