Led by a highly regarded Partner, this team of 10+ lawyers services a wide range of Federal Government, Private and Corporate clients across commercial and civil litigation matters, disputes, admin law, commissions and inquiries. The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join this prestigious disputes practice.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a range of projects and dispute resolution partners relating to claims/disputes resulting from large government procurements and projects across the board. Does this sound like you? 4-8 years Commercial Litigation/Advisory and dispute resolution experience gained within a respected firm, organisation, Government agency or department.

Experience with Commonwealth or State/Territory government procurements/projects claims and disputes (highly regarded) Experience in Commonwealth commercial/contract claims advisory experience with an interest to shift into litigation work.
