This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with top legal professionals in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice and guidance to clients on Employment Insurance law matters. The Employment Insurance team works on a mix of industrial relations, health and safety, discrimination and employment law matters, covering both litigation and advisory services.
You will have an active involvement in business development, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.RequirementsAt least five years of post-admission experience in Employment Insurance law. Demonstrated expertise in handling employment-related insurance matters, gained through previous roles in private practice or in-house.
