About the Role:
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our team, contributing to a diverse range of activities including:

• Preparation of accounts, tax returns, BAS, FBT, and payroll tax returns for a varied clientele, from SMEs to large corporations.
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships as a cornerstone of our client service delivery team.
• Collaborating effectively within a team environment, while also playing a part in broader firm initiatives across various business domains.

Skills and Experience:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A demonstrated interest in taxation and accounting intricacies, coupled with a compassionate, conscientious, and pragmatic approach to client interactions.
• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience within a chartered accounting environment.
• Professional accreditation such as CA, or current enrolment in the CA program.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities, adept at managing competing priorities within a deadline-driven environment, and adaptable to working across multiple managerial levels.
• Experience with Xero accounting software will be highly regarded.
