We have an exciting opportunity for 4 x Project Support Officers at our Perth Office and South Metro Depot. 2 x permanent full time and 2 x (15 month) max term.
About this role
As the Project Support Officer, you will be required to facilitate the successful delivery of programs and projects by undertaking a broad range of administrative duties and general support activities, confidential reporting, project analysis and specialised project duties to support the relevant functional area.
About you
We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:
- Completed Year 12 (or equivalent) with English and Mathematics subjects with preferably 4 + years' experience within a project management environment or similar
- At least 4+ years demonstrable, effective administrative, organisational, prioritising, planning, and coordinating skills preferably within a project, planning and / or scheduling environment
- Experience with MS Office suite - preferably intermediate expertise in Microsoft applications inclusive of Microsoft Projects
- Strong customer focus, stakeholder management, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement, scheduling, and cost control activities
- Capable of developing and working with complex spreadsheets
- Proven personal effectiveness with business acumen
- Intermediate experience of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
