The Opportunity
As a Senior Audit Manager, you will hold a high-level of responsibility as you focus on building strong client relationships. The role allows you to flex your social conscience through purpose-driven client work while you lead, coach, and develop technical and professional skills within a dynamic team environment.

To be considered for the role and be successful in the position your skills and experience are likely to include:
- 8+ years in Australian external auditing and financial reporting
- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong knowledge of the application of Australian Accounting Standards (AASBs) and Australian Standards of Auditing (ASAs)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft product suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) essential
- Sound knowledge of CaseWare or similar audit file technology
- Driver of delivery at all levels and stages of the audit process including planning, interim and final audits
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within a large client portfolio with quality, integrity, and clarity at the forefront of your approach and delivery
- Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident with the presentation of Audit Reports and Audit Management Letter to stakeholders at the executive level and through AGMs
- Experience managing jobs and job budgets
- Provide inspirational and engaging leadership to grow and develop people and talent within the team
- An ongoing appetite and willingness to work with not-for-profit clients (previous experience with NFP’s highly desirable)
- A driver's license valid in Australia and ready access to a motor vehicle
