Provide specialised application development skills for the implementation of technology solutions to meet the Bank's data requirements and to ensure that these are aligned with the Bank's enterprise architecture and standards.

Your background

• Experience in end-to-end solution design, development, and end-to-end integration, particularly with data tools use in the discovery, management, preparation, transformation, mapping, modelling, analytic and visualisation of data assets. They include Microsoft SQL databases, and IBM InfoSphere Technology such as DataStage, IGC, BAW/BPM, Quality Stage and Information Analyzer.
• Experience in business data tools such as R, RStudio Server (Workbench and Connect), Python.
• Experience in developing solutions leveraging big data technologies including Cloudera (CDP).
• Undertake relevant research including the evaluation of new software, tools and techniques ensuring fit to the Bank's enterprise architecture and standards
• Lead small project teams and coordinate the efforts of other groups. Provide advice, guidance and assistance to less experienced colleagues as required.
• Experience in designing and implementing dashboards, reports and dimensional cubes using Microsoft SQL SSRS, SSAS, Power BI, Tableau and other BI tools.

This role is part of the Corporate Services Group, Information Technology Department. The Corporate Services Group is responsible for the effective provision of information technology, workplace (asset management, facilities management, building security, and procurement) and data management services to support the delivery of the Bank’s policy, operational and corporate objectives.
