Senior Bid Coordinator

• Balcatta office location (or other depending on advert location)
• Crucial role leading the development of Defence sector tenders and proposals
• Hybrid WFH arrangements to be negotiated

THE ROLE

• Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations within an agreed framework and formulate, from evaluation of the initial enquiry to final submission
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions
• Work closely with subject matter experts to create accurate and impactful content
• Ensure that all proposals and tenders comply with company policies and industry regulations
• Conduct thorough reviews to guarantee the quality and accuracy of submissions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and information for proposal development
• Assist with the maintenance of data and bid library
• Review and update CV’s, Case Studies, and Capability Statements

 You will have:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing or Communications with 5+ years’ experience (desirable)
• Experience in the Defence sector (desirable)
• Graphic design skill (desirable)
• Between 5 and 15 years demonstrated experience in successful tender/bid preparation
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence required outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to proofread and write non-technical content
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong planning, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio with the ability to embrace new software and technologies
• Flexibility, able to adapt to changes in the business
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to tender and proposal processes
