Join our vastly diverse Northwest division, managing the delivery of our upcoming structural integrity remediation project.
THE ROLE
This opportunity will suit an ambitious Site Administrator to help deliver the day-to-day operations at Finucane Island.
- Mobilisation and demobilisation of employees and contractors to site
- Create Purchase Orders in JDE
- Liaise with HR to book medicals, training courses and inductions
- Arrange travel and accommodation for site team and workers
- Create Site Files for Project Managers when required
- Liaise with Base Support regarding access requirements
- Compiling and formatting project reports
- Assist with distributing minutes and other project deliverables in a timely manner
- Responsible for roster and flight changes
- Data entry
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry with a particular focus on mobilisation.
Naturally, you are a people person and can manage your own workload whilst working in a busy project team environment.
You are proficient in MS Office and experience with JDE Oracle is advantageous, but not essential.
