This involves aligning project outcomes with DE specifications and enhancing BIM methodologies for successful project delivery for our Major Projects,
- You will possess a strong background in developing Digital Engineering processes and federated models, coupled with extensive experience in supporting the implementation of common data environments for BIM services.
- You will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, and a proactive approach to driving business improvement outcomes within the Major Projects division.
- You will not only excel in technical proficiency with various BIM & DE software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, ACC/BIM360, InEight, MicroStation and AutoCAD, but you will exhibit excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of compliance and quality assurance.
- Support the implementation and embedding of DE systems, standards, and data processes, aligning with frameworks, project requirements, and overall governance, standards, and policies.
- Provide BIM services, overseeing federated modelling, and assisting in implementing Digital Twin and Visualization services.
- Build, maintain relationships and regularly engage with stakeholders and manage their requirements for efficient DE systems design, delivery, integration, and optimization.
- Support the Digital Engineering vision and strategy, acting as a catalyst for change within the key stakeholder base.
- Ensure the capture and recording of data within DE systems complies with relevant Digital Engineering and BIM policies, legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
- Perform a range of DE specific accountabilities including governance and quality assurance, including auditing activities to ensure legislative and project compliance.
- Degree level qualifications in Engineering, Construction, IT, or related discipline with significant experience in an Engineering, Construction or IT role or a lower level qualification with significant demonstrated relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting the development or introduction of and maintaining a common data environment (CDE) as it relates to BIM services.
- Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership to a team delivering services and outcomes for the efficient operation of Digital Engineering
- Demonstrated evidence of engaging with varied stakeholders to achieve business improvement outcomes.
- Demonstrated well developed verbal and written communications skills.
- Available to you will be working a 9-day fortnight with RDOs every second week.
