As our Senior Bookkeeper / Management Accountant you will spearhead our finance operations driving clarity and simplicity across the group.
You will be key in driving transformative changes, ensuring our business stays strategically aligned, and helping us achieve our growth goals. Join us on an exciting journey of innovation and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- All accounts and finance activities
- Manage all accounting functions using XERO
- Lead the annual budgeting, cashflow, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the Board of Management.
- Provide monthly and quarterly assessments against financial and operational goals, providing valuable insights and analysis.
- Drive improvements in reporting frameworks and dashboards for enhanced visibility and decision-making.
- Lead & implement systems and process improvements through automation across various software tools and data points
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ATO, Superannuation, and Payroll.
- Maintain high standards of administrative functions and timelines.
- Oversee service and supply agreements critical to business operations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Requirements for Success:
- CPA/CA with 5+ years' experience
- Bachelor of Business / Commerce or equivalate
- Demonstrated experience in construction sector or similar
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Competence in Xero, Hubdocs, and PowerBi dashboard reporting.
- Familiarity with an ERP systems.
