Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Specialist to join the global marketing team at Crimsafe. The Senior Brand Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the integrated marketing, promotion, and branding efforts for Crimsafe and its operating businesses in Australia and overseas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans that include advertising, promotions, communications, and other initiatives to support brand and business growth.
- Manage marketing campaigns and budgets across various channels and touchpoints including branding, events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Coordinate external agencies to develop brand creative and ensure consistent implementation across all campaigns and touchpoints.
- Manage all aspects of brand communications, including messaging, content development, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
- Coordinate the creation, production and distribution of marketing collateral, publications, and newsletters.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and licensee network through innovative promotional campaigns and communications.
- Provide marketing support to the Sales team, including coordinating licensee communication and assisting with tradeshows, conferences, and events.
- Coordinate and enhance Crimsafe marketing platforms, including social media, email, and websites.
- Support digital marketing activities and ensure company websites reflect the brand and are up to date.
- Create and publish organic social media content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and others.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports on activity, outcomes, and ROI.
- Maintain a unique and well-understood brand identity across all channels and markets.
- Coordinate and build relationships with brand and marketing agency partners and suppliers.
- Stay informed about market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor landscapes to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communications with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably within a related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skills in copywriting and editing, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business growth.
- Proficiency in managing social media content and engaging with online audiences.
- Strategic and analytical orientation, with a proven track record of problem solving based on data insights.
- Hands-on experience in website development, collateral development, advertising, and branding initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound financial acumen for analysing and reporting on cost/benefit outcomes.
- Well-versed in information technology, with the ability to adapt to new software and tools.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to drive results.
