- Experienced in complex defect investigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Expert identification of building defects and damages, with insightful investigation and analysis.
- Crafting detailed and complex reports, Scott Schedules, and scope of work for remedial works.
- Calculating estimates of loss and remedial work costs with precision and creativity.
- Conducting thorough building dispute inspections and preparing authoritative reports.
- Leveraging advanced knowledge of building processes and materials to guide dispute resolution.
Qualifications:
- Builder license (Mandatory)
- Civil/structural engineering or building surveying licenses (an advantage but not mandatory)
- A minimum of a Diploma, Degree, or Tertiary Qualification in Building; trade qualifications are highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in the preparation of complex reports, Scott Schedules, and estimates.
- In-depth understanding of the NCC and Australian Standards.
- Experienced in using Cordell or Rawlinson Cost estimate guides
- Experienced in attending hearings and mediations.
- Outstanding analytical, logical, and reasoning skills.
- Ability to travel around Brisbane metro and regional.
