About the role:
- Assessment and certification of documentation for building projects;
- Assessment and inspection report writing;
- Manage and deliver a broad range of services to our clients;.
- Ensure compliance with the relevant building legislation;
- Undertake existing building audits for compliance, essential services , fire safety and due diligence.
- provide independent specialist advice in Planning, Urban Design, Heritage, Building Regulations and Private Certification Services for Building and Subdivision work.
- Exceptional customer service, proven ability to be the face of the organisation to our clients
- Currently accredited as a Registered Building Surveyor, or Building Consultant
- Possess a high level of knowledge and understanding of the National Construction Code and the relevant Planning Legislation;
- Ability to effectively negotiate and resolve disputes;
- Strong ability to provide detailed reporting;
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills;
- Ideally with RICS qualification or is working towards the qualification
