Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst, your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to develop business requirements and functional specifications for new systems across South Australian government services. These systems will support an uplift of centralised cybersecurity, cyber GRC (governance, risk, and compliance), and third-party risk management services. You’ll also be responsible for analysing the IT environment, documenting business processes, defining automation workflows, and providing options analysis. Your work will directly contribute to informed decision-making and the enhancement of critical government services.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a government or complex organisation
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and best practices will be highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you will be working with a range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- High levels of analysis and documentation skills to complete requirements and specifications with attention to detail
