We are a community who share a passion for innovation, growth and success, and it’s because of this commitment we are now looking to grow our team with the appointment of an experienced Business Analyst to support the next phase of development of our recently launched proprietary software.

Your new role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic software development team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with software developers and designers to ensure that solutions align with business needs and technical constraints.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
• Undertake research activities in relation to best practice processes and frameworks, new and emerging technologies.
• Analyse and develop graphical representations of business processes to facilitate understanding and decision making.
• Assist in analysing and prioritizing feature requests and enhancements.     
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Business Analysts as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment, with experience leading your outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
