Lime Recruitment is currently recruiting a Senior Business Analyst contract for 12 months based at Ipswich and working from home.
Working on the Payroll, Timekeeping and HR project, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for collating requirements, documenting high level as-is and to-be processes, assisting with the procurement process and will be a key member of the team to implement the chosen solution.
In this role you will:
- Lead the validation and documentation of the Payroll and Timekeeping and HR requirements and business scenarios.
- Document the high level as-is and to-be processes (to process level 2) for Payroll, Timekeeping and HR across the client.
- Assist with the procurement of the new Payroll, Timekeeping and HR system
- Identify and facilitating process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level
- Assist with aligning the Payroll, Timekeeping and HR solution(s) chosen with existing systems.
- Understand and negotiating needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
- Support the client in the transition away from their Payroll, Timekeeping and HR systems to the new systems, and help to establish a positive change.
- Support solution implementation phases for configuration, testing, data mapping/migration, cut-over and post-launch activities.
- Identify and managing issues, risks and benefits throughout the project duration
- Perform any other duties that are reasonably within the competency, skills and training of incumbent as may be directed from time to time by the position’s supervisor.
You will have:
- Experience working in the large-scale implementation of a HR system.
- Substantial experience working collaboratively across a dynamic organisation to achieve desired customer outcomes achieving maximum return on investment.
- Effective project/time management skills, with involvement in delivering major system implementations.
- Prior experience working in a Senior Business Analyst role in the implementation of an ERP Payroll and Timekeeping system.
- Proven requirements management, as-is and to-be process experience.
- High level strategic thinking, research and critical evaluation skills, with the ability to uncover opportunities, elicit and collate complex information to be presented back in a simple manner.
- Highly effective planning, elicitation and management of business requirements skills throughout the project lifecycle including an understanding of agile/adaptive delivery methods.
- Exceptional communication, engagement, influencing and facilitation skills with the ability to remain composed and calm in any circumstance.
