About the Role:
Elevate business excellence as the Senior Business Analyst collaborates with the Manager Business Solutions to orchestrate the Branch’s operational prowess. From managing electronic staff registers to curating the Branch intranet, this role is the linchpin for fostering compliance, innovation, and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

• Craft a seamless tapestry of compliance, risk, and audit applications to fortify data integrity and empower strategic insights.
• Craft bespoke business reporting tools and services, elevating executive decision-making prowess.
• Uncover hidden efficiencies as you revamp and refine Branch business processes.
• Lead the charge in ensuring unified excellence across Branch functional realms.
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical solutions, ensuring synergy between innovation and practical application.
• Weave digital charisma into the Branch intranet and the Department’s external website, captivating audiences with your polished online presence.

About You:

• Extensive relevant experience and/or qualifications in business analysis, business improvement and/or information technology.
• Knowledge and experience in using relevant business applications and IT solutions.
