About the Role
Role & Team Overview
You will contribute to the delivery of initiatives that enhance AGL's Wholesale Markets platforms. Initiatives may span across multiple business domains and technical platforms. You will take end-to-end accountability for all analysis activities on complex initiatives from initiative inception through to delivery.
What you’ll be doing
Lead stakeholder discussions to define objectives, maximizing value.
Define success metrics and implement a monitoring plan.
Break down initiatives into epics and stories.
Collaborate to identify a minimum viable product.
Define non-functional requirements and resolve capability gaps.
Maintain process integrity and manage dependencies.
Advocate for quality outcomes, managing risks and fostering a high-performance culture.
About you
Experience delivering complex initiatives end-to-end in an agile environment.
Background in the energy sector required.
Demonstrated ability to navigate and find solutions in uncertain or unclear situations.
Ability to communicate with highly technical SMEs to gather requirements.
Adaptability in a dynamic and changing environment.
Passion for innovation and embracing new ideas.
Passion for renewable energy and the energy transition.
