As the Senior Business Analyst, Data Risk, Controls & Enablement, you will assess risk and evaluate controls within data management activities that deliver business and/ or technology solutions, enabling CBW CDO to achieve its strategic goals, business benefits and outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Evaluate and provide guidance on data controls, perform control gap analysis and identify remediation steps.
- Review/Perform assessment of Critical Data Elements (CDE) in line with CDO materiality assessment templates.
- Define or review robust data governance processes and controls for CDE.
- Provide advisory to CBW Lines of Business to manage their Data Risk.
- Identify Data Risks in processes and generate risk insights to enhance CBWs data control environment.
- Ensure quality and design standards of the Data products being built across Consumer & Business Banking and Wealth.
- The ideal candidate will have data management and/or Data Risk and controls experience in a banking or financial services organisation.
- Experience working with data; CDE, data lineage, data quality, data governance, reconciliation, and load assurance.
- A can-do attitude, analytical mindset, problem solving ability, and the capacity to quickly understand business context and think through technical implications.
- You will be a self-starter, able to work self-sufficiently.
- Capability to facilitate and foster stakeholder relationships.
- Desire to be constantly challenged and develop new knowledge.
