What you'll doIn this role you'll deliver business analysis and process improvement services into the Pay solutions Value stream's prioritised set of enhancements, initiatives and projects. You'll play a key role in the Workforce Enablement Tribe. This tribe's outcomes are to support successful requirements definition, deployment and embedding of time & pay solution initiatives, and to achieve the promised levels of technology adoption and benefits realization. The scope of your role will be predominantly technology solutions for leave and time & attendance. However there will be regular involvement across the tribe in areas such as enterprise agreement implementation, remediation support, data analysis to support solution deployment and embedding as well as pay compliance activities. Additionally, supporting with deployment activities such as communications and change, supporting our business units with embedding new and/or enhanced technology solutions and business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, design and deliver the change management activities necessary to support the deployment of the Pay solutions initiatives, to business areas and corporate functions
- Ensure that business processes and procedures are designed and documented according to the standards set by the relevant Chapter Leaders; ensure the upstream and downstream systems and processes are optimised; all processes are appropriately mapped and documented; and all artifacts maintained through change control.
- Together with the Technical Team, assist in managing the business related tasks (Requirements, data changes, Conversion, Process Change Management, Comms) according to the proposed timeframes. Tracking via spreadsheet, Jira and Confluence.
- Support the Functional Consultants with business requirements documentation, data analysis, security role mapping, and training material content development.
- Directly assist in the preparation of User Acceptance Test materials (Presentations, Runsheets, Test Scenarios, Scenario tracking and defect management)
- Facilitate and Support the UAT Testers with business requirements documentation, data analysis, and user acceptance test preparation.
What will I bring3+ years experience in a BA role, ideally working in the retail sectorPrior Kronos Workforce Central experience, with SAP Payroll and/or SuccessFactors would be desirable (implementation experience not required, but general knowledge of the products and integrations)Proven experience with stakeholders at all levels, workshop facilitation, particularly leading and facilitating large scale user acceptance testing activities.High quality of verbal and written communication. Ability to produce detailed, technical documentation as required.
