This role is part of our EmPower Up return to work program, created for people who have had career break of 2 years or more and are now looking to return to the workforce.
The Senior Business Analyst role is to provide Senior Business Analyst capabilities on the Records Management program.The Records Management program is to coordinate and track across multiple programs to return the Group's Record Management back to within appetite. This role is accountable for identifying and defining program and reporting requirements across the individual programs to enable articulation of the consolidated plan and accurate reporting of progress. Program reporting will be to the Steering Committee, EIMC and the Board. This role is also accountable to support the project management team with change management, internal project governance processes and documentation.
Your role will include:
- Develop an understanding of the Records Management program scope and deliverables.
- Analyse and validate business requirements through additional workshops and further communications when required.
- Conduct gap analysis to determine current and future state impacts to summarise and collate the solution scope and implementation approach.
- Define and document the solution approach and identify opportunities to improve across individual program plans and reporting.
- Proactively raise risks according to established risk frameworks when required and ensure timely and accurate reporting and resolution pathway of issues.
- Assist program management team to maintain program delivery schedule and other deliverables.
- Contribute to high performing team for the program through accountability and fostering an environment of inclusion, flexibility & learning.

What do I need?
- Proven experience in liaising with multiple and diverse stakeholders across different business divisions
- 7 + years experience within projects / programs (minimum of 3 years at Senior Business Analyst level)
- 5+ years working in a large and complex organisation in the financial services industry
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong compliance, governance and risk execution
- Builds effective relationships - communicates effectively and assimilates information quickly
