Talenza has been engaged to source a Senior Business Analyst/Delivery Lead to join a ASX listed organisation that is undergoing a significant transformation. The organisation has experience significant growth and are looking to expand.
These positions will be working closely with the CIO & Head of Delivery, with a focus on strategic partnerships, acting as the bridge between business and technology to ensure IT solutions contribute to the growth and purpose of the organisation. The role will also focus on developing comprehensive solutions that align with finance strategy and contribute to overall business success, as well as overseeing a variety of projects, ranging from small-scale to multimillion-dollar initiatives. As well as working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 6 years experience as a Consultant, Business Analyst, Delivery Lead, Project Management, Business Partner or similar
- Prior consulting experience
- Prior end-to-end project delivery experience
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with leadership and conveying complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Knowledge of real estate, property development, construction or funds management (advantageous)
