The Role:
Our Business Bank is all about developing strong customer relationships as well as having a very real focus on our people and their careers.
Our Bayside Partnership located at MoorabbinAirport are looking for someone who strives to achieve the best outcomes for our customers. As an experienced relationship executive, you will manage relationships with clients and your immediate team and have a strong focus on developing good referral sources, community links and new business partnerships for this diversified portfolio.
Please note the role is currently base out of Moorabbin Airport, with a move to Moorabbin later in the year. Flexible working conditions are on offer with a requirement to be in the office 3 days a week.
Day to day you will:
- Support your customers navigate their business goals through providing sound banking advice and personalised solutions.
- Be curious, and demonstrate your strong understanding of a businesses, and their cashflow and capital needs so that you can provide best in market solutions to your clients.
- Proactively leverage networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market

What you will bring:
A relevant business-related tertiary qualification combined with prior experience managing a portfolio of clients will impress, but it's your leadership and coaching skills, passion for sales and relationship management and your drive and tenacity that will ensure your success in this role.
