The Role:
In the Commercial Real Estate team, it is all about developing strong customer relationships in the property community as well as having a very real focus on our people and their careers.
We need someone who strives to achieve the best outcomes for our customers. As an experienced Property Finance specialist, you will manage relationships with clients and your immediate team and have a strong focus on developing good referral sources, industry links and new business partnerships for this diverse portfolio.
Day to day you will:
- Proactively leveraging networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities within the property industry.
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition.
- Talk to customers about their future property development or investment goals
- Prepare and submit Property Finance proposals.

What you will bring:
A relevant business-related tertiary qualification combined with prior experience managing a portfolio of property clients will impress, but it's your leadership and coaching skills, passion for sales and relationship management and your drive and tenacity that will ensure your success in this role.
