InPlace Living is a registered NDIS provider who design and develop Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). They have a commitment to supporting independence, choice and control in a comforting, home environment suited to the individual’s needs.
They are dedicated to creating relationships with participants and collaborating with Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers, ensuring that an excellent level of care and support is provided to people living in their accommodation.
With business growth resulting in the expansion of serviceable areas, InPlace Living are opening an office in Adelaide and are looking for a Senior Business Manager to join their Organisation in a permanent capacity.
Your new role
As the Senior Business Manager, you will have a sound understanding of the NDIS and/or disability sector and will utilise this knowledge to increase partnerships with both providers and potential tenants. You will develop and maintain diverse partnerships across the sector, giving you the ability to identify and map current and possible business relationships.
You will have superb written and verbal communication skills, be emotionally intelligent and demonstrate empathy when responding to diverse customer needs. You will be comfortable adhering to KPI’s and will have experience developing growth strategies and plans resulting in an increase of your client base.
Demonstrating a best for customer experience approach in your business activities you will build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and will take a leading role in the Adelaide office structure.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Experience in a NDIS/disability sector setting
An understanding of SDA & SIL processes
Superior written and verbal communications skills, delivering clear and concise content appropriate for the intended target audience
Experience in building effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
Proven ability to work through any challenges, find a resolution and respond to all parties
High level of motivation and be driven by targets
Experience with systems such as Microsoft Office and CRM’s
Demonstrated ability to analyse reports, track enquiries and sales and monitor competitor trends
Ability to assist in the development of systems, process and initiatives that enable InPlace Living to nurture and fulfil positive experiences with all relationships and stakeholders.
You must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screen Check and meet company vaccination mandates to be eligible for this position.
