Form of work As a Senior Business Program Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to engage and operate with diverse stakeholders ranging across sales, vendors, GTM, marketing, PR, technical, commercial, and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Orchestrate and successfully deliver complex strategic programs by effectively engaging and operating with diverse stakeholders.
Utilize technical expertise in API integration, product management, and selling APIs and associated solutions.
Lead and manage complicated issues and drive them to resolution, leveraging your technical and business management background.
Execute under complex and uncertain environments and provide clear guidance to the team for synergistic execution.
Manage program delivery using program management methodologies such as PMP, Scrum, or Prince.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Develop and execute program plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Monitor program progress and report on status, key metrics, and budget to senior leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field. A mix of business and engineering educational background is desirable.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in ICT business related roles, with demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex programs.
Program Management experience required.
PMP/Scrum/Prince required.
Prior experience with major telecommunication or cloud providers is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
