Key Responsibilities -
- Supervise the receiving and processing of requests for services received by phone, in person and digital channels
- Draft letters and responses to Customers and Councillor enquiries
- Manage the rostering of the Business Support staff and allocation of tasks
- Prepare meeting agendas and record and distribute minutes
- Local Council experience
- Experience delivering high standard customer service
- Experience in an administrative operational role
- Supervisor/ leadership experience
- Experience using Authority is beneficial
