Senior Business Support Officer

Public Sector People are working closely with a council in the inner western suburbs to recruit a Senior Business Support Officer to support the Operations and Maintenance Department.This is a 3-month temporary placement. 

Key Responsibilities - 

• Supervise the receiving and processing of requests for services received by phone, in person and digital channels
• Draft letters and responses to Customers and Councillor enquiries
• Manage the rostering of the Business Support staff and allocation of tasks
• Prepare meeting agendas and record and distribute minutes

Key Criteria -

• Local Council experience
• Experience delivering high standard customer service 
• Experience in an administrative operational role
• Supervisor/ leadership experience 
• Experience using Authority is beneficial
