We’re a unique Investment firm called Acre Mile looking for an experienced, agile, and highly motivated Senior Car Sales Consultant to support the Managing Director of one of our portfolio businesses.
The successful candidate will have strong sales experience and understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in the luxury car market.
The role is the perfect opportunity for someone who lives and breathes personal growth, loves developing deep relationships and thrives on doing their best work to support business growth.
It’s important that the candidate has previous experience as a Sales Consultant working in similar roles. The candidate will have a great understanding of the pre-owned prestige car market, negotiation, customer service and managing high workflows and inquiries.
You will be an integral part of a small, growing team working directly within the Managing Director and other team members. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do, positive attitude.

The Responsibilities:
- The coordination and scheduling of test drives
- Ensuring an effective follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates new and repeat leads
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current product benefits and features including: models, series and additional add-on products
- Interact with other team members to partner on organisational projects and communication strategies.
- Prepare vehicles for inspections and road worthiness.
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up outstanding items
- Maximising every sales opportunity to achieve our sales targets and profit objectives
- A critical point of contact for key stakeholders including clients, employees and external partners.
The Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- A current drivers license
- High degree of proficiency with product knowledge across the pre-owned car sector.
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
- Impeccable and professional presentation in order to represent the brand
- Outstanding administration, time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and a can-do positive attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Office / Google system
- Previous experience in the luxury car market
- High quality, accurate and timely reporting with exceptional attention to detail
