What you'll do
As our Senior Category Development Analyst you will be responsible for the delivery of a relevant offer for our customers by leveraging our data and creation of insights to inform and influence category strategy and ranging decisions.

• Supporting the end-to-end delivery of customer-focused range reviews across a broad number of categories while co-creating, embedding and training ranging tools and processes across the business
• Identify category opportunities through structured analysis and problem solving across different areas; including customer behaviour, market trends, category performance, pricing, supplier dynamics
• Consult and collaborate confidently with stakeholders across the business to achieve desired outcomes
• Deliver verbal and written communication to stakeholders at all levels with the ability to influence and present at a senior level

What You'll Bring

• 3 - 5 years of Retail / Category analyst experience
• Project or Transformation experience preferred
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related subject or equal professional experience
• Strong visualisation, verbal and written skills
• Advanced Excel skills
