As a Senior Centre Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission, overseeing operations at Milestones Early Learning Bathurst while also providing support to Papilio Early Learning Bathurst. This is more than a job; it's a chance to lead, mentor, and grow alongside a dynamic team.

The Role:
Join us in leading and mentoring a team of educators, while also supporting our Senior Operations team. This role offers hands-on experience in center management and sets the stage for career advancement within our rapidly expanding company.

- Well-versed in the Early Years Learning Framework
You Have:
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience leading a large service or area
- Current Working with Children’s Check
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain
