AddressGardens Medical Group is seeking a dedicated, experienced and patient focused Medical Receptionist to join our Extended Hours Clinic team.
We are looking for someone with experience and who brings a positive and friendly attitude to the team.
Hours: Afternoon/evening shifts up to 20 hours per week with some weekend work.
Great opportunity for someone to have shared parenting without childcare.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our patients
- Ensuring the reception and waiting area remains clean and tidy
- Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently
- Manage phone enquiries and appointments
- Schedule appointments and patient billing
- Liaising with the whole team throughout the practice
- General administration duties (scanning, filing, etc.)
- Collect and enter patient details into the system
- Supporting the whole team to ensure a smooth running practice
Essential Criteria:
- Must have previous Medical Reception experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service
- Experience with Best Practice Software is preferred
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
