About the role
We are seeking a Senior Change Specialist to join our team for a 12-month fixed term contract, contributing to our Global Payroll System implementation. As part of a significant global transformation project, we are consolidating our current Payroll function into a central vendor.
This presents a compelling opportunity for a hands-on, solution-focused individual to enhance their change management skills. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role within a project team dedicated to creating and implementing a new Global Payroll System. Proficiency in languages other than English is highly valued, given the system's rollout to numerous non-English speaking countries globally. What you will be doing
- Utilize strong, demonstrable experience in change management methodologies, including conducting change impact assessments, creating communication plans, and developing training strategies to drive successful system transformations
- Work closely with teams across various regions to ensure alignment with change objectives and foster a cohesive approach to change management
- Support the development and execution of communications, training, stakeholder engagement and business readiness plans
- Develop and implement metrics for adoption and sustainability, managing systems to track individual business changes' adoption, utilization, and proficiency
- Provide knowledge and experience gained through working with the project to support the development of sustainable practices to embed the transformation and transition to BAU
- At least 5-8 years' experience supporting large-scale business transformation programs/projects and or change management
- Global stakeholder management experience, demonstrating effective collaboration with diverse teams
- Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems, particularly in the context of transitioning from manual to digital processes is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in change management for blue-collar workforce highly desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Office (incl. SharePoint), Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement (i.e., working in the office for 2 days and working from home)
