About the opportunity
We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Senior Change Analyst to join ESV's Strategic Change Delivery team within the Finance, Strategy and Risk Division.
You will contribute by:
- Implement, maintain and lead change management processes, policies and procedures ensuring adherence to change management standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document required information for change evaluation.
- Review and enhance change management process to address evolving needs and challenges.
- Review and analyse current business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
- Support end-to-end processes and systems discovery, development, implementation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, project managers, business units and external partners to drive change initiatives.
- Facilitate process workshops, ensuring clear documentation and communication of outcomes.
- Support cost benefit analysis on improvement opportunities.
- Diligently work with Strategic Communications team to develop public communications.
- Ensure effective communication of changes to internal stakeholders.
- Identify training needs of business units and stakeholders based on the changes to systems and processes.
- Conduct surveys and assessments to understand existing knowledge and gaps.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Experience in similar role with experience across technology and business channels preferable in a regulatory setting.
- Demonstrated experience in successful delivery of key projects, initiatives, and change programs.
- Solid understanding of the principles and application of business process and change management.
- Experience in the development and application of business process tools to drive change and achieve successful outcomes (i.e. business process modelling and process mapping, solution and impact assessment, root cause analysis).
- Knowledge of the application of technology for business improvement and strategic development.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to influence and collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate win-win outcomes and successfully resolve problems.
- Highly analytical with the ability to research processes, collect and analyse data, provide solutions, and implement changes.
- Highly developed organisational, planning and coordination skills.
- Certified in Business Improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Theory of Constrains) is desirable.
