They’re investing in multi-year plans for transformation and uplift across cyber and ERPs as well as an overall focus on improving standardisation and structure across the 4 key businesses under their group. You will play a vital role in these exciting plans and help solve meaty challenges.
The Role
Reporting to the Service Assurance Manager, this role will work alongside two other Incident Managers to deliver the service required for the business. Think: managing high priority incidents, post incident reviews and problem lifecycle. You will also focus on maturing and aligning the existing Change and Incident Process across the platform and uplifting the Problem Management Process. You’ll be a confident communicator and will be working across multiple non-technical stakeholders at the executive level within a complex environment.
What You Bring To The Role
You’re an experienced Incident, Problem, and/or Change Manager with a technical background (IT support, Infrastructure etc). You’ve worked in or with medium to large sized organisations so are confident in handling the complexity that bigger companies bring. That said, this is a company that is still evolving, so you’re comfortable with helping provide structure rather than this already being 100% established.
You will have:
- At least five years of experience as an Incident, Problem, and/or Change Manager
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, including conflict management
- ITIL Certification
- Experience with ITSM tools
- Experience within mid-large sized businesses
- Technical background
