Senior Change Specialist

  • Salary Range Band 8 $122,052 - $136,780 per annum pro rata plus 11% super 
  • Permanent Part time opportunity - 4 days per week

About City of Port Phillip 

We are a vibrant and diverse inner-city council stretching 20kms from South to Port Melbourne along the stunning bay beaches down to Elwood and out to St Kilda East with around 1000 people who all work together to deliver more than 100 programs and services to our engaged community of residents, businesses and visitors. What’s the role all about 

Are you a passionate and experienced Change Specialist looking to contribute to the successful delivery of a large range of projects that will benefit our community? 

This role would suit someone experienced in managing small to large scale change programs across multiple business transformations related to people, process and technology in complex environments. 

With the ability to juggle multiple programs at a time, you have a deep understanding of how to apply change management methodologies and frameworks to fit the cultural context.

1 x permanent part-time role available 

What you might do 

  • Drive people centric and best practice change management across the organisation  
  • Provide change management support to multiple priority projects  
  • Coach business leaders in preparing and supporting their people for change
  • Develop and deliver change management training

Who we are looking for 

  • Experienced in providing change management support across a range projects
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
  • Familiar with working in a local government environment 
  • PROSCI certified
