A specialist Civil Contractor delivering major landfill sites in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.
This medium-sized business is a trusted provider of civil construction in the Victorian market, this role will see you delivering large-scale heavy bulk earthwork landfill sites for a well-known client. With 16 current live projects and a healthy pipeline of work to come, this business is steadily growing with plans to expand business in 2024.
Reporting to the Project Director you will manage the following duties:

• Demonstrate a strong focus on maximizing production and meeting project budgets, schedules and resource allocations.
• Ensure works such as bulk earthworks, geosynthetic lining and grading are performed to the highest quality.
• Uphold the company's safety culture ensuring works are as safe and efficient as possible.
• Take control of human and plant equipment resources with effective planning and allocation.
• High priority on quality of work and risk mitigation on site.
• Close relationship management of the client (daily).
• Complete and monitor compliance to IMS policies, procedures forms and specifications.
• Use of Survey equipment + drones is highly desirable (Topcon GPS equipment).
• Be a relationships and solutions-focused Supervisor - relationships are valued long-term within this business both internally and externally.
