Undertaking research of process gaps, business risks and identifying control weaknesses and developing recommendations tor resolution or development and implementation of solutions as that contribute to the effective management of claims and reduce compliance risk. Communicating regularly with claims leadership team on initiatives and upcoming changes. Actively working with management to understand operations requirements and translate these into definable IT and procedural objectives. Delivering projects within Allianz project management methodology and establishing budgets. Determining project scope, preparation of relevant project documentation and obtaining stakeholder engagement and approval as required. About you: Tertiary and/or Industry-specific qualifications Significant experience in an insurance operations role, gaining through claims process knowledge and project management experience for a complex, matrixed general insurance organisation. Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgment and solutions. Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating complex information with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
