You'll be responsible for
- Managing a portfolio of property claims in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Managing inbound and outbound calls, while adopting a one touch approach to drive claims momentum through to closure
- Ensuring a high standard of service is maintained with our internal and external stakeholders while building a network of professional relationships
- Continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders to report on claim developments and potential strategic opportunities.
- Using your technical experience to thoroughly investigate and assess claims to ensure that appropriate strategies are being implemented and pursued
- Active communication and negotiation with other Insurer and parties with a view to achieving the best possible outcome for all stakeholders involved
- Experience in managing a portfolio of property claims
- Excellent customer service abilities and solid verbal communication skills
- Resilience in dealing with complex situations and clients under distress
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
