We are seeking to employ a Senior Client Service Officer who is ready to take the next step in their career, which may lead to an adviser role if this is your chosen path.
Your role will be to provide support to the Financial Planning Business to ensure that the most complex advice is managed and implemented with minimal input from the adviser due to your high level of skill and knowledge. It is expected that you will be able to manage all aspects of a Client Service role including the following up of tasks to ensure all advice is implemented. This is an exciting and dynamic role where you will be actively involved and participating in client meetings.

Individual Qualities- 5+ years' experience as a Client Service officer and wanting to take the step in their career

Reviews Process
- Complete and review documentation and presentation material for clients meeting
- Ensure our review process is accurately followed
- Assist with strategy development for review clients
- Manage our SOA outsource process
- Review client investment performances, cash flow requirements
- Review and prepare projections where required using Xplan
- Discuss client situation with adviser
- Prepare ROA and minor advice documents
- Discusses Strategic & further advice options
New Client Meetings
- Review new client information to ensure accuracy
- Reviews initial flow chart and new client tools
- Prepares current scenario using xtools within Xplan
- Completes file notes from meetings
New client Advice
- Develops strategy flow chart with adviser
- Complete Product Research
- Develop required strategy options
- Complete Product Comparison
- Review draft strategies with Adviser
- Make changes and finalise strategies
- Review SoA and finalise changes
- Prepare documentation for advice implementation
